Payment

If you decide to cancel an order, cancellations must be initiated within 2 days of the order.

Shipping

Please allow the time specified in the listing for creation and delivery of your new art.

If the art arrives damaged please KEEP all original packaging and broken parts. Pictures of these things will most likely be required for a replacement or refund.

Refunds and Exchanges

Returns are accepted if you are unsatisfied with your artwork. If you are unsatisfied with the artwork, please notify me first. I will refund the full amount excluding shipping charges (see return shipping details below).

CUSTOM ORDERS
If your order was custom made to meet your specific requests such as color, size, shape or materials - you may be offered a replacement or refund depending on the artwork due to stocking and resale purposes. In addition, the return shipping policy below applies.

RETURN SHIPPING
The buyer is responsible for shipping charges when returning artwork that is unsatisfactory. When returning artwork, the artwork must be returned in it's original condition. The artwork must also be shipped within 14 days. You may be asked for tracking information or proof of shipment. If you cannot provide proof of shipment for the artwork upon request within 14 days, the refund will not be issued and you will be required to keep the artwork. Refunds are issued once the artwork is received.

DAMAGED ARTWORK
If you receive your artwork damaged due to shipping, I will send you a replacement at no cost to you. But you will need to send pictures of all original packaging and parts. You may need to send the artwork back to me at my expense upon request.
